Subpaths
The Subpaths
NexusTK is set apart from other games because of its small community. Subpaths, both PC and NPC, are a major part of the community. The subpaths are organizations within the Nexus that players can join.
Player-controlled subpaths
A Player-run (PC) subpath is an organization based around a basic path (Warrior, Rogue, Mage, or Poet) and then a distinct Roleplay (RP) concept. They are further characterized by the fact that they are run and controlled by other players much like Clans, who handle teaching and inducting new members, as well as community events and various other things. This is the main difference between a PC and an NPC(Totem) subpath. These paths are headed by an Elder, and new members are added by a Guide. They hold events for the community and promote roleplay. The current 12 are listed below, not including the dissolved Shadow subpath.

The Circle of Subpaths
As written in the Legend scroll, each subpath leans toward different aspects of the four base paths;

Totem Subpaths
Often called a NPC subpath (for Non-Player Controlled), a Totem Subpath is much like a Player-controlled subpath in that it is based around one of the four main classes. However, unlike the other subpaths, entry into the path is done through an NPC quest and, for the most part, the paths have no unifying roleplay concept, but anyone who is a member of the appropriate main class can join as a result.
These Totem subpaths are based around the idea of the four mythical Totems of Korean mythology. These paths were created after the PC subpaths were introduced for people who did not want to roleplay but still wanted to be in a subpath. Any character at or above level 99 can join a Totem subpath if they meet the requirements by doing the NPC Subpath Quest.
Clans and Armies
Clans are a unique feature in Nexus. They provide a common bond to players and allow them to interact together as a family. Each clan has certain qualities and characteristics. Members of a clan can return to their hall by way of a Kindred talisman.

Armies
Armies function in much the same way as clans. Their Primogens consist of Generals. They are led by the Royal families of their kingdoms. Each army is different, just as each clan is different.

Unofficial Clans
Unofficial Clans are clans that are undergoing the Tribunal process to be recognized as official clans of the kingdom. During this stage of the emergence of a clan they have no clan hall, clan titles, or any other official clan powers.

Ministries
Each Kingdom has its own Ministry, ran by councilors and a Minister/Chancellor and work directly under the Royal of the Kingdom. The Ministry is the government of a Kingdom dealing with diplomatic and cultural services. Each Ministry has its own unique ways of running the office.
Cave Information
In NexusTK, players often call dungeons "caves". Other than the different use of terminology, there is essentially no difference between "dungeons" and "caves"
Vortex
A popular hunting dungeon for level 99+ players. See Vortex cave requirements.
Mythic Caves
Extremely popular hunting grounds for players of almost all levels. See Mythic cave requirements.
Carnages
Carnages are an important part of Nexus. There are four types of carnages include Riches, Bloodlust, Elixir war and Fox Hunts. Carnages by definition are a massive slaughter, a war between opposing sides. In Nexus they are organized battles run by carnage hosts held at specific dates and times.
