Goto the Scribe mountain in the Vale at 0174 0094. At top of mountain you can start by saying "Scribe".
The items you need depend on what you want to make. To make:
Scroll of protection, you need: 1 Amber 
, 1 Ink 
, 1 White paper 
Scroll of invocation, you need: 1 Dark amber 
, 1 Ink , 3 White paper
Scroll of defense, you need: 1 Ink , 1 Moon paper 
, 1 White amber 
Scroll of immortality, you need: 1 Purple potion 
, 3 Moon paper , 4 Well crafted white amber
