The Vortex is a relatively newly discovered region of Nagnang but it has quickly become the place to hunt for 99+ players. Conceptually similar to the Mythic Nexus, the Vortex is home to 12 tribes for players to challenge.

Clans are a unique feature in Nexus. They provide a common bond to players and allow them to interact together as a family. Each clan has certain qualities and characteristics. Members of a clan can return to their hall by way of a Kindred talisman. Nexus has many clans, both official and unofficial.

The Dog linguist quest is one of the first you are able to do. It requires Cat karma or above, and Level 15 or over. This quest is a prerequisite for the Poet's Restore quest. The Dogs you talk to in the quest are also able to teach Dog Spells.

January 28, 2006

Tako Maze is a popular place for low level players to gain insight. The main advantage of hunting the Tako Maze is that Takos don't attack, yet yield excellent experience.
