Geomancer Services

The Geomancer path offers several of its abilities to the community for various purposes. Below, you will find them listed along with some information about them:

Karma Readings:

Karma is a highly-valued need in the community and people often need theirs revealed to them. In addition to the Diviners and the Monks, the Geomancers can also read karma. A fee is not asked for these readings and they are commonly performed en masse in Mythic Nexus.

Ba-Gua Readings:

A ba-gua reading comes from feng-shui and can only be performed by a Geomancer. In order to receive a reading, a quest of knowledge can be completed. In addition, a few items must be donated as part of the quest. Check the community board or ask a walker for details, but remember: while you may receive something good like experience, it is also possible that, depending on how well your energy flows, you will experience some bad fortune. It is your decision whether to take this risk.

Lime Potions:

Geomancers understand nature very well. Thus, they are capable of brewing a special potion that results in a long-lasting sanctuary for the user. Unfortunately, these potions take time to brew, but if you are interested, you may contact a Geomancer and offer them a Fine snake meat and Limestone to make one for you.

Good Earth:

Geomancers have the ability to fuse the elements together in a protective fashion. When the spell is performed, clouds engulf the area surrounding the caster, clinging to anyone near by. These clouds protect them and strengthen their armor; it is also known to enhance muscle structure ((Harden armor, Sanctuary, Valor)).

Some Geomancer spells remain a mystery due to the nature of their practices and others may not be a 'community service' spell. If you are interested in learning more about the Geomancers, you may contact a walker or guide. The path also holds weekly classes and games for those interested.
