Accomplished is the third skill level attainable in a craft. Any player can attain the Accomplished skill level in any craft (exception: Alchemy and/or Scribing). Reaching Accomplished level in a craft usually takes some effort, and provides a Legend mark stating, "Accomplished (crafter)" for the craft in question.
