Goto the Scribe mountain in the Vale at 0174 0094. At top of mountain you can start by saying "Scribe".
The items you need depend on what you want to make. To make:
Scroll of Protection, you need: 1 Amber 
, 1 Ink

Scroll of Invocation, you need: 1 Dark amber File:Darkamber.gif, 1 Ink , 3 White paper File:Whitepaper.gif
Scroll of Defense, you need: 1 Ink , 1 Moon paper File:Moonpaper.gif, 1 White amber File:Whiteamber.gif
Scroll of Immortality, you need: 1 Purple potion File:Purplepotion.gif, 3 Moon paper File:Moonpaper.gif, 4 Well crafted white amber File:Wellcftdwtamber.gif
