Wheat is obtained in a field in Kugnae just above the South gate by dropping a mining shovel and picking it back up in the field.
It is prepared into Flour by saying "Prepare Wheat" to Min in Hausson, then used in Cheffing to create Noodles.
Wheat can also be found in the Woodlands.
