Sute dye is needed to enter the Sute Cave in North Buya, which enables you to complete the Sute quest.
This dye can be obtained by saying "Sute" to the Mage Eldritch in the Buya Mage Guild. He will charge you 200 coins and this will allow you to enter Sute cave once.
