1. Head to your tutors home (Ironheart or Jadespear), Click on him and select the quest called "Tiger's Essence".
2. Goto a Smith and buy War platemail(even if your female) and grab yourself 1 antler while walking to Buya.
3. Head to Buya and go to the east gate then walk to 128,121 and enter the cave entry there.
4. Walk inside and Say "Chongun", You should recieve either Tiger mail or Tigress depending on your sex.
5. Return to Chongun at every 10 levels, eg level 10,20,30,40,50 and 60 to create a new Tiger mail.
