Nexus: The Kingdom of the Winds is a 2D MMORPG for the PC by KRU Interactive. The game is sometimes referred to as the first MMORPG. Whether this is actually true is uncertain.

Nexus has all the usual things you expect from an MMORPG: hunting, crafting, socializing, a grand story. But the quality that makes Nexus unique is the game's tightly knit community.
