Subpath Quotas have historically always pertained to membership numbers. The Quota given by Eldridge in the 40s was the most substantial, causing extreme aggravation for all of the subpaths and the destruction of the Shadow path. As of now the quota stands at 50, the quota in Eldridge' reign was 100.
