Sute dye is needed to enter the Sute Cave in North Buya, which enables you to complete the Sute quest.
This dye can be obtained by saying "Sute" to the Mage Eldritch in the Buya Mage Guild at 127,035. He will charge you 200 coins and this will allow you to enter Sute cave once.
Be careful to not leave the cave before killing Sute, you will have to wait a nexus day (3 irl hours) before being able to get the dye again.
