~You find a parchment pinned to a tree by a Ceremonial blade~
For ages those who formed close relationships in battle, in conquest, in sacrifice, in friendship, and in survival symbolized and strengthened their bondage. They joined themselves not only by the relationship they shared, but by blood as well. Early oathing rituals, including those used by blood today, require a large exchange of blood for a successful ritual. The injury leaves those involved weakened in comparison to their previous-selves ((5,000 vita loss)). However, The Horde has spent ages attempting to improve upon our oaths, to surpass limitations and to form strong bonds with even the slightest drops of blood ((No vita loss)). You may ask us to lend you our strength and assist in your ritual. To do this, you should contact a Guide of our family by letter ((in role play form)) requesting our assistance.
You and your partner will then be sent a set of questions and must gather 4 tiger meat, 200 seaweed, 2 purple potion, 2 cloth, and 100 dark ambers that will serve as ingredients and tribute in our ritual. You will then send this completed questionnaire to Guide Krmit.
Finally, at least one of the two involved in the ritual must be of the highest insight ((level 99)) and they will wait two months ((1 RL week)) while their guide prepares to carry out their ritual. Those whom are oathed by our ritual will forever be associated with the one who carries out their ritual. I warn you that the Horde only possesses the power to form the bonds of blood. Only Blood himself holds the power to destroy them. The Horde does not possess the power to strengthen previous bonds either. These abilities are shared in different forms between the Shamans and the Monks, and you should contact those respectful paths for strengthening an already-existing oath. The Horde encourages those whom share a strong bond to seek us out and write that bond in blood.
With regards, The Horde
