The Chongun extended titles of nobillity allow someone to submit a roleplay story of a title they feel they are worthy of. The story must be submitted to a Chongun guide. However, recently in the new client the abillity is A) bugged, or B) limited, so many Chongun guides have stopped offering this service as it serves no purpose (as NPC's title is 2 characters shorter). | |||
