NexusWiki Relaunch

After being offline for some years, I am pleased to bring NexusWiki back online and up-to-date with the latest MediaWiki engine.

MediaWiki is the same engine that powers Wikipedia and is open source. NexusWiki itself is available under the latest Creative Commons v4 license.

Everyone is invited to participate and I hope to keep the site running now indefinitely as a source of the rich legacy NexusTK has provided.
