Aligning with the Elements
So you seek to be aligned with one of the four natural elements? You will need to give careful consideration as to which element you wish to be aligned with, as it cannot be changed.
And so, the first thing you must decide is which element it is that you follow.
~ Are you steadfast and grounded like the Earth? ~ Are you passionate and full of life like Fire? ~ Perhaps you have many facets ranging from soft and flowing to harsh and gusty like the Air? ~ Or are you like Water, flowing gently, finding a way around any obstructions?
You will know the answer to this within yourself. It is something that only -you- may know. If you seek more information about the elements, look further into this scroll.
Once you have recognized the element that you are destined to follow, you shall need to contact a Druid who is aligned with any of the elements ((just seek in their legends for alignment done. If the druid is aligned, he/she can help you in the process))
Send a letter ((or contact through whisper)) the Druid, briefly letting them know of your decision to be aligned with a particular element. This Druid will help you make sure of your decision. After some discussion and assistance, you will then be directed to the next step to become aligned.
In the process of your alignment, you will be given a few small tasks to complete, all of which will bring you closer to your chosen element. You will be asked to sacrifice an item (one of your choosing - it need not be expensive, rather it ought to be symbolic) and also a Trigram Key representing your chosen element. We tell you this now so that you are aware and prepared for this.
The Druid path provides this as a service to the community, not as a right. Please be respectful during this process or you may find yourself turned down.
