Steps

Speak with Eldritch inside and say "Sute". He will then explain to you the story behind Sute, and offer to give you a special dye (aka Sute dye) to enter Sute's cave for 200 Coins.

Go through the following cave doors inside: Barren Graves (0008,0008) Dark Pools (0005,0003) Sute's Nest (0010,0001)

Once you reach Sute's Nest, Sute should be in the top left corner. He has about a 30 minute spawn time.
