== History ==

We lived for countless generations in the Great Sands. We were forced to explore all the angles and think all permutations through. We could not waste. It was a matter of survival. By no other means could one live in such inhospitable places. Nonetheless the desert was our home. We learned to live there. And in general, no one else wanted it, which was to our advantage. We were naturally interested in learning the way things were done in other lands. The function of government, the advancement of craft, the development of skill and knowledge are things we have studied in the surrounding lands. But always, we returned to our home, feeling secure in it.

In the not so distant past, ogres and men invaded our spaces and enslaved those that were not quick enough to react. We fought, but in vein. Normally, we would be able to defend ourselves. We know the terrain better then any. We adapt quickly to new tactics and our martial arts are advanced. But the dark veiled figure utilized strange magic. It clouded our minds causing confusion and fear. Fortunately, this seemed to be a proximal effect. Once we retreated everyone seemed unharmed for the most part.

In the wake of this upheaval gypsies have come to inhabit our lands in the desert. The gypsies were able to seal us out of areas with magic that is not known to us. We were unable to return to centuries old habitats. Tribes of ogres left behind also remain in large numbers roaming the lands. Their numbers are seemingly endless. Drive away one bunch and another immediately takes its place. In addition, large serpents seem to have been disturbed by activities initiated by “the veiled one” and the ones that followed. They are seemingly immortal and fierce. Some have been captured in crystal, but far more roam the opened desert and swim beneath the ocean of sand. Sadly, our home is no longer ours. We were forced to migrate.

Not wanting to overwhelm the sometimes suspicious lands to our east, we split up into small groups, each venturing to different sovereignties. History has shown that an influx of an out-group can lead to prejudice and hatred. We were afraid that this was a possibility given our knowledge of the human history and the wars we have seen in these regions. This would not be helpful for any of inhabitants of these lands or for the Silla. We dispersed like the sands of the desert from which we came. It was a matter of survival.

We are without a home. We are alive, but diffuse and we wish to dwell together. We share a common enemy with the people of [[Nagnang]]. Though we are somewhat different people, we understand and relate to things about your people. Like the [[The Forsaken]], we know the feeling of having your home turned upside down. We respect the manner in which [[Pegasus]] reveres art. Artistic pursuits are creative and tend to run counter to functional-fixedness we work to undo. We seek a home. We seek association. We swear allegiance to your royalty.

Sute quest

The Sute Quest (Complete Walk-Through)

1.) Goto the Buya Mage Guild. (0127,0035)

2.) Speak with Eldritch inside and say "Sute". He will then explain to you the story behind Sute, and offer to give you a special dye to enter Sutes cave for 200 Coins.

3.) Then proceed to Sutes cave. (0104,0022)

4.) Goto the follow cave doors inside: Barren Graves (0008,0008) Dark Pools (0005,0003) Sute's Nest (0010,0001)

5.) Once you reach Sute's Nest, Sute should be in the top left corner. He has about a 30 Minute Spawn Time.

6.) Kill Sute and pick up Sute's key.

7.) Return to Eldritch at the Buya Mage Guild and say "Sute". You will get a Legend mark that says "Slew The Mighty Sute".
