A Heal out is when a blow that would normally kill someone fails to do so because of a properly timed heal. If a person's Vita drops to 0, and while their Vita is 0 but before they die they heal they aviod death, this way it is possible for a peasant to survive a vita attack by one of the more powerful characters.
